Services
SwiftNex Digital provides website renovation, web development, and related digital services. Services include website audits, design, development, and post-launch support as specified in individual project agreements.
Payment Terms
- Full payment required before work begins — We do not start any project without receiving complete payment upfront.
- Payment is accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods agreed upon in writing.
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Project Scope
Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals or agreements. Changes to scope may result in additional fees, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. SwiftNex Digital retains the right to display the work in portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Post-Launch Support
Post-launch support is provided as specified in the project agreement. Standard support includes bug fixes and minor adjustments for the duration stated in your proposal. Additional support or maintenance is available at separate rates.
Limitation of Liability
SwiftNex Digital's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Cancellation
Projects may be cancelled in writing before work begins for a full refund. Once work has commenced, refunds are prorated based on work completed.
